Shani is profoundly interested in the field of sustainable urban development. She has a B.A. in Sustainability & Government from the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzlia, with a focus on community development. Shani joined Maala in 2016 as an intern, and assumed full-time after completing her studies.
