Round Table
The health trend in the food sector is growing quickly. A high percentage of consumers seek health and nutritional value in food, while at the same time are not interested in changing their consumption habits and the convenience of processed and packaged foods.
The session will revolve around the question of how to bridge the gap between the health trend and the convenience of processed foods, while addressing the actions of food companies in Israel and globally to strengthen the nutritional value of products alongside new approaches to shifting consumer habits towards healthier food.

LGBT Diversity
What?
Following an unprecedented number of companies that joined the protest for equality of the LGBT community in July 2018, incorporating this agenda in companies and corporations requires thought and actions. The session will discuss diversity and inclusion of employees from the LGBT community in the workforce, as part of the corporate CSR management.
Speakers from various companies, such as Dell and Natural Intelligence will present their case of implementing policies and actions towards LGBT equality. In addition, LGBTech and the Aguda – Israel’s LGBT Task Force will present tools they have developed together with a forum of 16 organizations, enabling companies to study the issue closely and apply the tools in employment, as well as other aspects of their activity.
