Israeli Innovation for Good: Facing Global Challenges through Local Solutions
The purpose of this report on Israeli ‘Innovation for Good’ is to showcase Israel’s vibrant culture of social innovation and environmental sustainability, which consistently delivers positive results for stakeholders and society at large. It tells a story of delivering social and environmental solutions in a unique local context, that can be adopted and adapted globally to answer the UN SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
The report focuses on two main areas of Israeli innovation: (1) Water (2) Food & Agriculture. It presents case studies of Israeli companies that have developed successful solutions to social and environmental challenges in Israel, that can be introduced globally.
This report was prepared by Maala and commissioned by ARISE (Alliance to Reinforce Israel’s Security and Economy).
