BIOGRAPHY

Smadar brings over two decades of experience in strategic HR planning, having led a variety of senior managerial roles at Bank Hapoalim. In her roles, she held oversight responsibilities for various projects in the scope of HR management –  including implementing advanced strategies for diversity and inclusion in the organization.

For the past five years, Smadar heads Bank Hapoalim’s Learning & Development center (the ‘Poalim Campus’), responsible for the development of professional, managerial and leadership skills of the Bank’s human capital.

Smadar had a key role in implementing ‘Shared Value’ as a business model in Bank Hapoalim , which was reflected in the 2018 launch of the bank’s unique “Center for Financial Growth”– a free service, available to customers of all banks, offering a wide variety of workshops and online courses, aspiring to provide better financial skills to everyone.
