BIOGRAPHY
Michal Arlosoroff joined Adama in 2007, bringing more than 20 years of executive experience in financial, commercial and regulatory issues, including various aspects of capital raising and the capital markets, and complex global commercial transactions.
Michal manages all the Board of Directors’ activities and all securities law requirements under the Israeli and the Chinese law, while dealing extensively with all global legal activities related to Adama’s 50 subsidiaries around the globe. She is involved in all large M&A transactions the company is a party to as well as large, complex commercial deals. In addition, Michal oversees all Intellectual Property and patent aspects in the company, as well as complexed litigation. As part of her role, Michal manages a team of experienced lawyers all over the world, as well as a large team of patent attorneys and Trademarks lawyers.
Michal is also in charge of compliance in the group and serves as its Corporate Social Responsibility Officer.
Prior to Adama, Michal served as Full Partner and General Manager at E.S. Shimron, I. Molho, Persky &Co., one of the most prominent, respected and established law firms in Israel.
Michal holds an LL.B. as well as a B.A. in Political Science and Labor Relations (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University. She also graduated from Harvard Business School the Advanced Management Program (AMP186).
On a more personal note, Michal loves to exercise mainly swimming and running yet her great love is reading books
