BIOGRAPHY

Graham joined the Living Wage Foundation in October 2016 and oversees the accreditation of Living Wage Employers in the UK and has responsibility of growing to movement which is set to pass 5,000 Employers in 2018. There is growing demand internationally to see similar Living Wage campaigns replicate the success of the Foundation in the UK and Graham is overseeing the Global Living Wage project and thinking how to best support the development of Living Wage accreditation bodies in new regions.

Graham is also a Trustee at Drake Music, an innovative charity that use technology to overcome barriers to music making. Having studied Business at university, Graham embarked on a career in charity management, spending 10 years at Attitude is Everything (AiE) campaigning for better access to live music for disabled audiences and artists. Having developed AiE from a tiny project to an independent charity with 12 staff, Graham is interested in building charity intelligence in order to influence businesses to be socially responsible.
