Current Positions:

• Managing a team of 30 professionals – human resource team, including HR business partners in the business units and professionals HR headcounters in charge of organizational development, training, compensation and benefits, recruitment and welfare.

• Defining a new human resource, long term strategy, designing work plans, goals and indices for all professional sectors, measurement and control tools.

• Designing and implementing cross-organizational processes: Performance evaluation, management development, recruitment and mentoring, service culture.

• Managing the compensation and benefits sector: designing remuneration plans for sales and operation roles, developing and implementing a manager’s bonus model, defining pension remuneration policy for various occupations.
